PENILAIAN POSTUR KERJA MANUAL MATERIAL HANDLING (MMH) PADA GEDUNG BERTINGKAT MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAPID UPPER LIMB ASSESSMENT (RULA)

Aktivitas penanganan bahan secara manual masih banyak kita temui dalam kehidupan sehari-hari saat melaksanakan sebuah pekerjaan. Ketidak ergonomis pekerjaan material handling (MMH) akan menimbulkan risiko keluhan muskuloskeletal disorder (MSDs). Selain dapat menyebabkan risiko-risiko muskuloskeletal, MMH meningkatkan kelelahan otot lokal akibat banyaknya kontraksi yang terlibat dan low back pain (LBP). mengangkat membawa galon air pada gedung bertingkat tentu menjadi tugas cukup berat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap aktivitas kemasan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) untuk menilai postur mengklasifikasikan tingkatan risiko. Untuk analisis tekanan sendi antara lumbal lima sacral pertama (L5/S1) software prediksi kekuatan ketahanan statis tubuh. Hasil diperoleh dari penilaian RULA pengangkatan mineral adalah nilai 7 (tujuh) masuk kategori tinggi sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan segera. gaya tekan L5/S1 sikap kerja yaitu sebesar 1644N posisi angkat 2475N membawa. Usulan tubuh agar tetap tegak, mengurangi sudut terbentuk memperkecil momen gaya, alat bantu lifting mekanis maupun elektrik tidak operator berlebihan baik beban.
